Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Dreki Studios (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, by email and through our apps, and how we use it. Dreki Studios is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada, and we handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it has no accounts or forms.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy. We don't use this information to identify visitors.

When you email us

If you write to one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use this only to reply and to support you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that, or as required by law.

Our email addresses are forwarded by Cloudflare's email routing service to a mailbox hosted by Google. Both companies process the message to deliver and store it.

Our apps

Each app we publish has its own privacy section, linked from its Google Play listing, that says exactly what data the app collects, why, and whether any of it is shared. Where an app's own privacy section differs from this page, the app's section applies to that app.

Across all our apps:

• We collect only the data an app needs to do its job.
• We don't sell personal information.
• We disclose every third-party service an app uses (for example, advertising or crash reporting) in that app's privacy section and in its Google Play Data safety section.
• Purchases made in our apps are processed by Google Play. We don't receive your payment card details.

Children

Our apps and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where data is processed

The service providers named above may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries, where it is subject to the laws of those countries.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@drekistudios.ca. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
